Exchange 2007 Management Console Overview

Amanda has a great overview of the new Exchange 2007 management console over at the EHLO blog. It has some great screenshots and comparisons with the Exchange 2003 ESM to highlight the changes in the way you interact with Exchange 2007. Personally, I love the new console. The three pane layout allows for you to get more done in less screen real estate. However, once I finish mastering the PowerShell, I dont plan on being in the new ESM much!
