We have upgraded all our emplyees to Vista Business edition this month(200 employees). We are facing many issues, most of them are solved. One issue we could not solve yet is- when you work with any document with in your usb drive, it get currepted or deleted when try to save the file. Any one has a clue about this please reply.

Well, if ALL your systems have the same issue, maybe a GPO conflict? Do ALL your users have the same type of USB drive or are they different? I have never had this issue or seen it. I did some searching and found no real results unless you use Sony USB drives which Sony has updated Vista files to unlock the drives.
