SMS_COLLECTION_EVALUETOR ERROR

hi, i have discover this error message in the site status/component

i have show all messages for this error but i have not find any kind of error message.is possible that the message is critical becausa the number of threshold is superior of the 5??

can i reset the count of the message without problem

if i open the all messages in the SMS_COLLECTION_EVALUETOR ERROR i don't find any error. My answer was for this.....

can i resolve with reset all messages??
