There have been quite a few Blogcasts and Microsoft Webcasts on bits and pieces that show "how to" configure SMS 2003. This video is more than a Blogcast. This video is the complete start to finish guide on how to install SMS 2003 in an Active Directory environment. If you follow the instructions in this video, you can have SMS up and running in just a few hours without errors and without confusing documents to read. The video covers 100% of the installation of SQL 2000, extending the AD schema, installing SMS, configuring SMS and all supported roles, custom tools, ITMU, and deploying clients. During the video, the server did not have Internet access to download the mssecure.cab file while installing the ITMU (although I fixed the issue). Some sites may have SMS servers that are not able to get past a firewall.
