How to Extend the Active Directory Schema for SMS 2003

TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION -- Click on the name of the GUIDE you have subscribed to, then in the left sidebar, under the Manage Subscriptions section, click on Subscriptions. A window will open displaying all of your Subscriptions .....with a CANCEL button at the far right. Click it to CANCEL your subscription.

We are migrating without any kind of problem, but there's a particular message in the status summarizer that is anoying me real bad... It says that i need to extend the schema in order to use the FQDN option in the collections... Is there any treat if I run the extschema.exe after I have migrated some Sites in my SMS Hierarchy? I know how to migrate the schema, and all the prerequisites are acomplished, so... can I just double click on the extschema.exe file... or do I need to do anything further...
