TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION -- Click on the name of the GUIDE you have subscribed to, then in the left sidebar, under the Manage Subscriptions section, click on Subscriptions. A window will open displaying all of your Subscriptions .....with a CANCEL button at the far right. Click it to CANCEL your subscription.

I see this event a lot in customer environments. I am not an expert on troubleshooting this here... but saw this post in the MS newsgroups and felt it was worth capturing.... My experience has been that it is MUCH more common to see these when there is a management pack that collects way too much...
